1. Delivery Areas We offer delivery services within a specified radius from our shop in the UK. Please enter your postcode at checkout to determine if delivery is available in your area.

2. Delivery Charges Delivery charges vary based on the distance from our shop:

• Within 5 miles: £5
• 5-10 miles: £10
• 10-20 miles: £15 For deliveries beyond 20 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

3. Delivery Times We aim to deliver your cake at your specified time. Delivery slots are available from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Sunday deliveries can be arranged for special occasions with advance notice.

4. Delivery Process Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the estimated delivery time. On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you when they are on the way. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

Returns and Refunds

1. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value.

2. Unsatisfactory Products We strive to ensure that every cake meets our high standards of quality. If you are not satisfied with your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement cake or a partial refund.

3. Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your cake, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

4. Refund Process If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
